Annual Report 1995 - 1996

Front cover of the Annual Report 1995 - 1996 showing a photograph of a woman shopping and the text 'It suddenly hit me'

Cancer changes the lives of everybody it affects

When people are diagnosed as having cancer - or someone close to them is diagnosed - things suddenly take on a very different focus.

Questions like "Why me?", "How will the family manage without me?", and "How do I know which treatment I should have?" come up. The whole world seems to have changed and become uncertain and full of difficult challenges.
