How you can help

You've seen what CancerBACUP does, why it matters and how we manage our resources.

Now we'd like to you to consider how you might be able to help us in our work:

  • to sponsor one of our specialist cancer nurses
  • to help fund our freephone service
  • to support a local CancerBACUP centre or service

Staff fundraising events and 'Give As You Earn' schemes are an excellent way to build morale while you give back to the community. If each employee in a thousand-person company donates just £1 per week, it could raise £52,000 for CancerBACUP. Or make us your charity of the year and we'll help develop and manage a programme with your staff. For more information about CancerBACUP Fellowships, single gifts and ongoing programmes, call 020 7920 7252.

As you've seen in this report, the support that you give goes directly and efficiently to our front line services, with very low overheads, fund-raising and marketing costs.

At CancerBACUP, we're extremely positive about the future - about our ability to build on an effective range of services; to increase access while maintaining quality; and to do our part in helping society understand the 'whole person' needs of cancer patients and their families.

We welcome and warmly thank you for your support.
