I believe that diabetes and prostate cancer are both more common in African Caribbean men than white men. Does this mean that diabetes causes prostate cancer?

Diabetes and prostate cancer are more common in African Caribbean men living in the UK than in white men. But, diabetes does not cause prostate cancer.
