Ask a nurse enquiry form

Please use this form to email your cancer enquiry to our specialist cancer nurses. These details help our nurses to fully answer your query. Our nurses are available to reply to emails Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm. Emails sent in over the weekend will not get answered until the following week.

Confidentiality is essential to Cancerbackup's services. For more information on this please read our privacy statement.

If your enquiry is urgent, you may prefer to speak to a specialist cancer information nurse on our free helpline, which is open Mon–Fri 9am–8pm. The number is 0808 800 1234.

Unfortunately, we are unable to reply to questions about cancer from outside the United Kingdom. This is because there are differences in health service and care in other countries. However, if your question is about a person with cancer that is in the United Kingdom we will try to assist.

If you are emailing about a person with cancer in another country, we have a list of cancer organisations in other countries. Cancer Research UK also have a list.

We realise there are a quite a few questions, but the more our cancer specialist nurses know about your situation, the better they can answer your question.
