All emails are answered by our experienced cancer nurses. We appreciate the information you requested is important to you and we aim to reply within one to two working days. If we need to do some extra research to answer your question, it may take a little longer to get back to you, but we will let you know if this is the case.

If you need information sooner than this, please call our free telephone helpline and speak to one of our specialist cancer nurses. The helpline is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 8pm. The freephone number is: 0808 800 1234.
