Our publications cover a wide range of cancer topics, encompassing site-specific cancers, treatments and the physical and emotional aspects of living with cancer. 

We provide information in a range of different formats to meet the needs of everyone affected by cancer.

The content of all our publications is produced by our cancer information specialist nurses. They are reviewed and revised by experts and patients on a regular basis to ensure they are high-quality, up-to-date and patient-friendly.

Pricing policy

All our publications are free of charge to UK cancer patients and their families. Telephone us on 020 7696 9003 or order online.

Health professionals can purchase our booklets, tapes and factsheets. All of our leaflets, posters and cards are free. Visit our online catalogue for full details.

Non-UK patients are required to pay for booklets and tapes and should order these through our online catalogue. However, please note that while the information contained in our publications may be relevant in your country of residence, it is only guaranteed to be accurate for patients undergoing treatment in the UK.

Information on the principles for use and/or translation of Cancerbackup publications by organisations in other countries is available online.

Postage and packing

Cancer patients, their families or friends

People affected by cancer can order Cancerbackup booklets, audiotapes and factsheets free of charge. There is no charge for postage and packing.

On items for which there is a charge (e.g. videos), the price includes postage and packing.

Health professionals

Booklets and audiotapes are subject to postage and packing costs. For details view the ordering information in the health professionals section. The price of all other materials includes postage and packing.
