Eating well

Food plays a big part in the quality of our lives and is more than just a physical need. Mealtimes are often an important and enjoyable part of family and social life.

Many people with cancer have eating problems. This section contains information about all aspects of eating well and maintaining your nutrition.

If you have any problems that are not covered by this information, you can discuss them with your doctor, nurse, dietitian or one of our cancer information nurses.
