Fortified savoury sauce

Serves 2

Ingredients


  • 1 carton (approx. 240ml) ready made sauce e.g. cheese, mushroom or tomato
  • 1 sachet (85g) unflavoured Scandishake

Instructions

  1. Mix together the sauce and unflavoured Scandishake.
  2. Heat as directed on the sauce carton.

Can be served with any savoury dish: meat, fish, pasta, vegetables.

Specific conditions:
Difficulty chewing or swallowing
Loss of weight/appetite
