- 295g/10.5oz can of condensed cream of tomato soup
- 1 carton Neutral Fortisip
- 1 tablespoon pesto basil sauce
To serve (per serving)
- 28g/1oz croutons
- Sprinkling of grated parmesan cheese
- 2-3 fresh basil leaves
Instructions
- Pour the soup into a saucepan.
- Add the Neutral Fortisip and pesto basil sauce and heat gently, stirring constantly. Do not boil.
- Pour into soup bowls and sprinkle each with croutons and grated parmesan cheese.
- Garnish with basil leaves and serve.
