Banana cream

Serves 4

Ingredients


Three ripe bananas
  • 280ml/10floz carton whipping cream
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 heaped tablespoons caster sugar
  • Rind (grated) and juice of one lemon

Instructions

  1. Whisk the cream until thick.
  2. Peel the bananas and mash with the sugar, lemon rind and juice.
  3. Add the mashed banana mixture to the cream and stir together.
  4. Chill before serving.
