- 1 medium melon
- 8 pieces stem ginger in syrup, drained
- 175ml/6floz ginger wine
Instructions
- Halve the melon and remove the seeds.
- Cut the melon flesh into bite-sized pieces and transfer to a serving dish or individual glasses.
- Chop the stem ginger and scatter over the melon.
- Pour over the ginger wine.
- Chill well before serving.
