Scandi ice cream

Serves 4

Ingredients


Whisking the cream in a bowl
  • 280ml/10floz whipping cream
  • 1 sachet Scandishake (choose your favourite flavour)

 

Instructions

  1. Place the cream in a bowl.
  2. Add the Scandishake and whisk until the cream begins to thicken.
  3. Place in a freezer for 2-3 hours.
  4. Remove from freezer 30 minutes before serving.

Dry or sore mouth
Problems chewing or swallowing
Loss of taste and smell
