Toffee chocolate ice cream

Serves 4

Ingredients


Toffee and chocolate sauce
  • 4 Mars bars
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 4 tablespoons cream
  • 4 scoops ice cream

Instructions

  1. Place the Mars bars and milk in a saucepanover a low heat.
  2. When the Mars bars have melted, stir in the cream.
  3. Put one scoop of ice cream in each serving dish, pour the toffee and chocolate sauce over the ice cream and serve immediately.
