Sandville Self Help Centre

Support group for all patients; various activities including healthy eating, gentle yoga, relaxation, swimming, discussion group, therapy, aromatherapy, reflexology, self-hypnosis, volunteer car service, overnight stays (10 beds), gym, conference centre, and therapy pool. Log cabin for families (four beds). Church and Education centre.
