AIMaC provides information and psychological support to Italian-speaking cancer patients, their families and friends, at home and worldwide. It produces a collection of 24 booklets, a videotape on chemo- and radiotherapy; it also runs a website which is continually updated and a helpline. The booklets are translated from those issued by Cancerbackup and Dr Slevin is on the Scientific Committee.
