Patients Association

Represents the views and interests of patients to government, professional bodies and the media. It advises individual patients on their rights, access to health services, self-help groups and complaints procedures via a patient helpline. The Association publishes the 'Health Address Book' of self-help groups, a quarterly magazine (Patient Voice) and various leaflets including the following: 'How to make a complaint'; 'Access to your medical records'; 'You & your doctor'.
