This information is about fertility (the ability to have children) and how it can sometimes be affected by cancer treatment. When you are diagnosed with cancer, your fertility may not be an immediate concern. But for some people problems with fertility can – in time – become more of an issue.
We have separate information on fertility for both men and women.
If you have any further questions you can ask your doctor or nurse at the hospital where you are having your treatment or speak to one of our cancer support service nurses.
